Privacy policy

1. Who we are

AN Studio is a video-ad studio for online stores in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf, and is responsible for your data on this website.

2. What we collect

• Request form: name, WhatsApp number or email, store link (optional), the service you want, your message (optional), and a coupon code if you typed one.
• Newsletter: your email, preferred language and the time you consented. We only email you after you agree, and you can unsubscribe in one click from any message.
• Accounts: name and email when you create an account or sign in with Google, once that feature is available.
• Browser notifications (push): the browser subscription token that lets us send the notification. We do not link it to your name unless you give it to us in a form.
• Analytics and advertising: pages you visit, device and browser type, approximate region, and events such as tapping WhatsApp or sending the form. We collect these only if you consent.
• Necessary technical data: your IP address for security and rate limiting, and one cookie that remembers your privacy choice.

3. Why we use it

• To answer your request and prepare a quote (to perform or take steps at your request before a contract).
• To send the newsletter and notifications (with your explicit consent).
• To measure and improve the site and our ads (only with your consent).
• To protect the site from abuse and spam (our legitimate interest in security).

4. Cookies and consent

On your first visit you see a privacy banner. "Reject all" is as clear as "Accept all". Only necessary cookies run without consent; analytics and marketing scripts load only if you accept them.

You can change your choice or withdraw consent any time from "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We use processors that act on our instructions:

• Cloudflare: hosting, protection and the database.
• Namecheap Private Email: the contactus@anstudioads.com mailbox.
• Resend: sending emails (newsletter and service messages).
• Google (Analytics), Meta (pixel), TikTok (pixel) and Snap (pixel): only if you consent to analytics or marketing cookies.
• WhatsApp (Meta): if you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is also subject to WhatsApp's own terms and policy.

6. Transfers outside the Kingdom

Some of these providers process data outside Saudi Arabia. We choose processors that apply suitable safeguards and we limit what we send to what is needed, as the law requires.

7. Data retention

• Contact requests: up to 24 months from the last contact, then deleted or anonymised, unless you become a client, in which case we keep what the contract and accounting need.
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
• Notifications: until you turn them off or the browser subscription expires.
• Analytics: according to each provider's settings, never longer than its standard period.
• Privacy-choice cookie: 180 days.

8. Your rights

Under the PDPL you have the right to be informed how your data is used, to access it and get a copy, to correct it, to ask for its destruction, and to withdraw consent at any time.

To exercise a right, write to contactus@anstudioads.com and we will reply within the period set by law. If you believe your rights were not respected you may complain to the competent authority (the Saudi Data and AI Authority, SDAIA).

9. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), restrict who can reach the data and protect forms against abuse. No system is 100% secure; if a breach affects your data we will notify you and the competent authority as the law requires.

10. Children

The site is aimed at business owners and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The last-updated date is at the top of the page, and for a material change we will ask for your consent again where needed.
