By using the AN Studio website or ordering a service from us you agree to these terms. If the written quote for your project differs from anything here, the written quote governs that project.
1. Who we are and what we offer
AN Studio is a faceless studio making video ads, designs and growth services for online stores. Each service is described on its own page.
2. Quotes on WhatsApp
- Prices on the site are "from" prices, not final prices.
- The final price is set after a WhatsApp conversation to understand the scope, and is written in a clear quote before any payment.
- A quote is valid for the period written on it, and anything outside the agreed scope is priced separately.
3. Payment and start
We start work once you accept the quote and pay the agreed instalment as stated in it. Payment method and dates are written in the quote.
4. Delivery and revisions
- The number of revision rounds is set by the package you chose.
- A revision is a change inside the approved idea; changing the idea, product or message completely is treated as a new request.
- We deliver final files in the agreed formats; to keep things quick we need clear materials and timely replies.
5. Your responsibilities
- You must have the right to use the product photos, logos and materials you give us.
- Your claims about the product must be true and comply with advertising law and platform policies.
6. Intellectual property of delivered ads
- After full payment you may use the final delivered ads to market your store and business.
- We keep our project source files, tools, templates and general ideas.
- Our work may use AI-generated elements, or music and fonts licensed under their provider's terms; we tell you where that matters.
- We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
7. No guarantee of sales results
We do our best on the quality of the ad, but we give no guarantee of sales, views or a specific return on ad spend, because results depend on your product, price, offer, budget, platform, competitors and factors outside our control.
8. Ad platforms
Platforms may reject or stop an ad or an account under their own policies and decisions. We follow their guidelines as far as we can, and we are not responsible for independent platform decisions.
9. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation, refund and monthly-subscription stop terms are set in the written quote. Work that has already started is not refunded except as the quote states.
10. Limit of liability
We are not liable for indirect loss or for expected profit that did not happen. Our liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid us for it.
11. Governing law
